My ex broke my heart, i let him go because that is what he wanted and that's what you do when you love someone. He gives me mixed signals and its unfair because i still love him and i am trying to move on.

I don't think he loves you as much as you want him to love you (if that makes any sense)! If he loved you more than anything else in the world, and you are his be-all and end-all, then there should be no mixed signals? For you to ask this question outright tells me that something in your relationship is not right atm. You may want to approach him and state that 'we either move on or we get back together'. If he plays any games, like sleeps with you but is reluctant to commit to you, then I strongly recommended moving on.You never mentioned why you split up? If he broke your heart maybe you are better off without him??
