writes:hey guys..i been on residential trips before, and all my friends and family tell me i snore like a donkey :( that was a while ago because i had breathin problems..however i stopped snoring a few months ago and i was really happy..but now i got another trip this month and i started snoring *quietly* recently.. does anyone know any methods that can stop snoring? cuz im so young :( and i dont mean buying products.. Fefi is verified as being by the original poster of the question thank you guys..@ anonymous, i never thought of it that way..@ C.Grant, i am not overweight, i am an average slim person, i am only 62kg. i recently went abroad, and, as i went with around 20 family members, some had to sleep in the same room, and they told me i snore quietly, that i take deep breaths. but my mum claims i snore like a volcanoes erupted.

 How do you know if the snoring is quiet?
If it really isn't loud then there shouldn't be a problem with the trip.
If it is loud enough to bother other people? And you don't want to spend money on a product? Well, snoring is often associated with being overweight. If that's an issue for you, then losing weight would likely help.
