How can I move on and get over a man that treats me like I'm nothing?

im in love with a guy who was my fling i wanted more but he didnt, when he sees me he pretend he doesnt know me then sometimes he will say hello, when i do talk to him he always cuts me off then starts tellin to fuck off he raise his voice when people are close by, making me feel small. i wana know how can i avoid him when he lives right oposite my best friend house? how can i move on without thinkin about him all the time?
