Question - (3 June 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 3 June 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, *edskies writes:

Ok, well last year i got my first part time job. Still being at school i only work the weekends. Over the past year i have became confident and socialise well with other staff members. I have bacame close to this guy from work and i started to see him in a way

The past few months i have found that i like him incredibly even convinced myself that i have fell for him which may be hard to believe. I am 16, in the middles of sitting my GCSE's and he happens to be 22. SO theres a large age cap, but i couldn't care less. It turns out that he is leaving back home as he has finished at UNI. He leaves in 3 days. I need help getting over him. Everynight i think about him and the fact that he is leaving. I often end up crying on that thought and there is obviously nothing i can do about it. But I need help knowing that I can get over him in time and doing so especially with the stress of my exams. It is also hard for me to bare the thought that I may never see him again.

If anyone has any sort of help, I would be gratfull.

Thank You. x

starfairy agony auntHave you told him how you feel? You might be able to work out a long distance thing, if you're both keen...The thing you do need to remember is the age gap, it might cause him quite some embarassment, considering you are 6 years younger than him, and he might be stressing about this. Good luck anyway x
