 first step tell her to if she really wants to be with you then she needs to break up with her boyfreind else thats classed as cheating and cheating just ent right. then second of all tell her how you feel. or just get to know her first as a freind then when you feel comftorble round her nothing can stop you from kissing her. being comftorble round some one is the best key to a happy ralationship.
