writes:Hi there guys, so this is a request for advice on how to improve myself! I have a friend who i fight alot with, and it seems that sometimes when she says something insulting i can't help it - i just lose my cool! We end up having a huge fight cos i feel so wronged, but at the same time i just hate feeling that the worst has been brought out of me.
