A male Netherlands age 30-35, anonymous writes:

How can I be sure it's okay to pull my foreskin below my glans? I've got a tight foreskin but now it's not so tight anymore. When it's not erected, it's not so hard to pull it down but i never went below the glans yet because i'm scared I won't be able to put it back over the glans. How do I know it'll return easily? Oh and when it's erected, i can only get the foreskin past 3/4th of the glans

If you do get an erection you can hold the glans tight (don't rub!) until it starts to subside. Think of something really unsexy, like your grandmother... it will soon go down again.

You may need to becircumcised. This is so common, and you need to talk to your doctor about it. Don't be embarrassed. If you've got a male doctor he's got exactly the same equipment as you (and does the same things with it) so just tell him outright that you have a problem with tightness and he'll either give you stretching exercises or arrange a minor op to sort you out. Good luck.

Kenj agony auntIf it pulls down when not erect then it will return. It may be painful at first. Try using some lubrication when you try it.

If its still causing you pain or problems go and see your doctor.
