reader, anonymous, writes (24 March 2008): Ok you seem to like this girl alot and thats cute that you wanna be funny for her and make her laugh ( girls love that) but like should know better said you don't wanna be somthing your not because then she falls for somthing that your not and your never truely happy or yourself . And to be completly honest the funny goofy stupid funny guys are the ones that get my heart. The ones that aren't afraid to thinkout of the box and be themseleves . Maybe she's like me ? And if she doesn't like you the way you are then do you really want her ? And you should get to know her better ask her questions to get to know her better like what do you see in ur future ? stuff like that . be clever and funny and yourself !!!!

It sounds like you are trying to be something you arent... that isnt to say you arent funny but that you intend to force the situation.There are those in life that are good looking, and I am not one of them.... there are those that are good at funny.... there are those that are intellectuals.... and there are many in other categories.What is important is to be yourself... if you are and you are comfortable being in your own skin you wont care about what the negative connotations are of being you. If you are good looking you can be considered shallow, if you are funny you can be considered a fool, if you are intellectual you can be a geek.If you do want to be funny the most important thing is to be able to laugh at yourself. You cannot be funny and self conscious.
