Telling someone you like them is all well and good but after that you are going to have to ask her out on a date.
So lay the groundwork for that.
Ask how her weekend went, if she has any plans for friday, if she's seen the new film out. And don't forget to tell her you think she's looking really nice today, notice something like the way she's done her hair or the necklace she's wearing.
If she likes you then you should be able to pick up some clues while you are chatting. And then you just have to go for it. "Do you want to go on a date with me on friday?"
