 Just keep working as hard as you can and do as much overtime as possible. Ask nicely near the end of your contract if it would be possible to stay on permanantly, or if they have anything coming up in the near future. If they see you giving 100% and they have a space available they may consider you for a permanant job. In the mean time keep looking for something permanant. I'm trying to get a full time job myself, so I know how hard it is at the moment. Good luck.
