This man is not for you simply because he hasnt made any moves to start something with you. i sense he sees you as a pretty girl with intelligence and he singles you out for special attention because you seem to be receptive to life around you.Be friendly/chat and enjoy any conversations you may have but dont expect him to ask you out or make a pass at you.
