 if you've already been to the doctors and say everything's fine then all i can suggest is lots and lots of foreplay and lube. if that doesn't help go back to your doctors, if they can't help you maybe ask to see someone else.

Hmm, maybe your not aroused enough?
Make sure you have a lot of foreplay, maybe try some lube.
If that doesn't help I'd suggest going to the doctors to get it checked out.
