It almost makes me unable to concentrate anything whole day.I'm asking a way to lower my sex drive, if there is any. Or a way to ignore it during my "normal" life.

Seriously though, if you feel it really is closer to something you don't enjoy (and I am just assuming that from your post) that perhaps you see a counselor or perhaps a medical person. If it is affecting your work or studies, then for sure you should see someone.

There isn't any healthy way of lowering your sex drive. It can be tough but the best thing to do is to learn to live with it, or enjoy it!

Don't be too unhappy that it is high, this is normal for a male you are in your prime and should be enjoying it. As for it being one step behind perversion, RUBBISH that is probably your thoughts on how society determines how sexual people have become. As to lowering your sex drive is this something you really want to do. It is part of you.
Do you have a girlfriend or partner?
You don't show your flag so it makes it difficult for us to understand if there are other issues in your country that makes you think like this.
You are only young once enjoy your time, go out meet people, you may meet someone. Me, I too have a high sex drive and I now tolerate it even though I don't have a partner it can be very frustrating without someone else to share the passion with.
