 oh, OK its a technical question. Unfortunately I'm not qualified to answer this. I have read that the muscles in your vagina can be trained by concentrating on them. I know from experience that when you do this it feels great for the guy. Practice and communication here. All I had to say was yes honey thats great, do it again please.

A good generic answer to your question is that sex happens between your ears not between your legs. Great sex comes from great imagination. Don't be afraid to experement. Communicate ask questions and listen. Was that good / fun? What else would you like? Could you do this for me? Be open minded. Sex is the greatest game that two adults can play.
