writes:so my exboyfriend and i have been going through it for a year and a half. one minute he loves me nothing in this world can change that, when we fight he cant eat or sleep it turns his world upside down cause i am his world, no matter how mad he gets at me hes always mine and would give anything to be with me and fights to keep us together even though we werent even technically dating just trying to work everything out. then the next he cant get close to anyone and if its over its over why make a big dead out of it and i guess this is goodbye and through text he couldnt do it face to face or on the phone. i dont understand. please help. this is the second time this has happened. he always comes back though. hell chase some slutty girl then come right back. i dont understand please help.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 July 2009): Sounds like he is messed up.. Look up the word Narcissitic.. sounds like that to me. Was with a guy the same way and he just keep having these patterns. I mean to the T. He would love the chase and then when he gets you ... he no longer wants you. It is a horrible thing to do to someone, and you need to give yourself the time to think if you want this to be your life. I will tell you i thought that i would be absolutely heart broken when i decided i had had enough. It hurt for a couple days then ,, it just keeps getting easier. What type of patterns does this guy have? Mine could not go more than 4 days of not talking to me. He would say cant live with out you etcc... heard it all . Then when he would get me back into his arms. well that is when he did not want me. So messed up. I just hope you live with a kind heart and a willingness to move on from this.!! It will mess you up if you dont!!

reader, anonymous, writes (5 July 2009): He sounds as though hes just playing you.Maybe he does mean you are his world at the time but the minute he gets bored he goes in search for something else maybe misses you and comes back expecting you to be waiting for him which im guessing you have been doing for the past year and a half.i think you need to get rid of him sharpish.hes just using you and you need someone who actually cares about you and respects you.
