My big tip would be play it cool, try and occupy your time with other things which I know when you care for someone is very difficult thing to do. Either this guy will get his act together in the time he is taking to find out what he wants and he will show you he cares or the whole thing will disolve. Whatever happens you can't force someone to be with you if it's not what they want, it's not nice feeling that someone is with you because you have coerced them into it, it's better to be by yourself.

 they are all like that. They love the thrill of the chase, and once they know you are hooked they run. Some guys just love to play the game. Its a challenge for them. Best thing to do is back off like you don't care or notice.
Act indifferent, go back to your life before he came in the picture and you will see that he's going to go hot again. MEN!
