reader, anonymous, writes (16 May 2010): I had the same thing whe i was in high school, bear in mind he was like my best friend. He used to tease me and i'd tease him back and we'd flirt, at first i wasn't aware that i was flirting and then my friends stated pointing it out. He was very protective over me and because all of my friends said that he liked me i asked him. We mutually agreed that it would ruin our friendship if we tried to be together and it's made us stronger as friends. But the only way your going to find out if he likes you is to just ask, there is no other way. He might be too scared to ask you, but i wouldn't ask him out first i'd find out if he likes you and then go from there. I hope everything turns out how you want it to, :) x
