 Why do you think that's weird? Do you have more than platonic feelings for your best guy friend? How does this friend flirt with you? There are guys no matter if they have girlfriends are not, are just really flirty in general.
He's your best friend and he's showing off the sweet love note his girlfriend wrote him..that's all.
