It obvious he fancies you like mad, otherwise he woulden't have been flirting with you in the first place. If he has stopped flirting all of a sudden, its possible maybe he thinks you have lost interest in him. try to show him that your still intersted by giving him a loving stare, or touch his hand when taking something, or throw something at him. Do this and you will both be flirting again in no time atal.
