reader, anonymous, writes (6 July 2009): He probably has the same problem as you here. You're waiting for him to ask, and he's waiting for you to ask. If that's the case, you should make the first move. If you leave it to him then he may not do it; at least not for a long time. If you really like him, and you know for certain he really like you, then ask him. What've you got to lose really? Honestly, i've been similar situations many a time, and it all works out in the end if you ask him. Good luck.

 He probably is either waiting for you to ask, or just doesnt feel its necessary to "officially" ask you out seeing as you've both already declared it. If i were you, I'd just ask him and put your mind at rest. it's not like he's going to say no if hes already said he loves you!! you might as well!
