 I would think you had a near miss. If you're willing to try with this guy a second time, make him slow down (good for you for making him stop). You obviously weren't ready, and it can really hurt the first time if you're not ready.Foreplay is your friend. And in the absence of natural lubrication, finding something (water-based -- don't use vasaline) to help lubricate could be good.
