writes:I've been dating this guy for a few months now. He got locked up 2 months ago. I've been going to see him and help with the things he may need. I haven't seen him in about 2 weeks. He calls me this morning and left me a voicemail, asking me to come see him. He saying how he misses me alot and right before he hangs up he says I love you. I laughed when I heard it because I couldn't believe it. When he said it he sounded lost or confused. Should I say anything about it to him? I want to know if he meant it.

 Of course he's lost, the guy's in prison. Maybe his boyfriend was a little rough the night before.
He'll probably say anything to receive gifts and visits on a regular basis, by the way.
