A male reader, AntPain United Kingdom +, writes (21 December 2009):

It may be something called 'blue balls' which is where blood in the penis is not released because ejaculation does not occur.

When you dont climax, you dont reset the nerve system in the penis meaning that the blood pools in the ball sac instead of going back round the body.

If your boyfriend is delaying his ejaculation than it could be that he is getting 'blue balls'. It is not serious at all and he only really needs to stop if it is causing him too much discomfort, it isnt that painful and resembles the feel of a bruise.

It could as simple as this, to remedy it either ejaculate and reset the nervous/circulatory system of the penis or stop and let it wear off.

However, it is not guarateed to be this and could be something more serious. A trip to the doctors would be advisable.

there are many possible reasons for this. He could have gonorrhea which is a serious STD or he could have Cystitis which is a urinary tract infection. Both are easily treatable. Or maybe he could just be stopping himself from climaxing and gets 'blue balls' from trying to last longer. Only a doctor can give you the correct answer.

bojolay agony auntYou bf may be wrong or he may be lying. Maybe there is a problem and maybe he does not want to tell you. You should insist on an opinion from a medical doctor.

Healthy skin is peach-pink. Healthy intercourse does not have pain.

You should get yourself a medical exam immediately and tell doctor what you saw on your bf.
