Is it too soon to start another conversation?I also want to ask him to hang out but just as friends because I know he has a girlfriend but I don't want him to think that I'm asking him out as more than a friend. Should I just ask him to hang out anyway?

The fact is you may end up liking him a lot, and then you will get hurt when he doesn't like you back because he has a girlfriend, or if he did choose you, and his girlfriend becomes hurt and you become the girl that is a boyfriend stealer. Either way it's wrong. If your hanging out in a group, it's fine to talk to him, but in a one on one situation is not a good idea. Good Luck.

 yes, when your dating its not like your married, your looking fo marriage so its always good to peak around the corner to see if something better is coming along! im going through something simalar. i like this guy at work but he has a gf but i decided to talk to him anyway.

reader, anonymous, writes (31 December 2011): No. If you think you "kind of like him too" then it's not a good idea. You may get stronger feelings and it isn't fair to interfere. If you hang out as a group with other friends too then that may be a better idea x
