Even if it's hard for you with whatever background you have, you need to communicate what you want to him. Communication is crucial for a satisfying sex life and for a successful relationship in general.
Men get very quickly tired after they orgasm. Maybe make sure that you climax before him, that way the fact that he wants to come will keep him going. Best to talk to him about it all though.

It's nothing you did, I assure you. Take care if you, and if he is so callous to engage in foreplay or intercourse only to fall asleep, then get a new man. Thats a huge party foul in the bedroom. And there are plenty of guys out there that won't be such a moron.

You should start working through the abuse issues, which can increase your pleasure during stimulating periods, amongst other things. Also, it's okay to tell him what you want. Don't be stuck during this, hoping he hits the right spot.
