Hi guys, i first had sex when i was 13 (totally stupid i know!)

As usual with ur 1st time it was very very painful. However i have slept with two guys since (Im 19 now) and each time it has been excrutiating!!

I have usually bled for about a week afterwards. I get a pain in my tummy...and also feel like im being ripped in half down there. I have read in a few magazines, stories from girls who just cant have sex ever because of the pain and discomfort.

Has anyone heard of this or know anything about it? Ive had loads of tests at the docs, including a smear and she found nothing wrong except one small cyst on my ovary, which isnt important she says., and says its just one of those things!!!

xxxxxx

The problem may not be you, but the guys you are with. Try using toys. Start small and work your way up until your muscles get used to it. Use condoms and lots of lube so they slide better. Hope this helps.

mary-lee agony aunthey. i think i can explain this to you. i am a student nurse, and this isn't uncommon. Chrissy nearly has it right.

When some people are brought they are told sex is a bad thing, like only for adults and it should only be to make babies. You might not have been told this in words as such, but your parents, or people around you may have made this impression on you.

so now you cant relax and enjoy sex because you are thinking this deep in your consence, although you may not be aware of it.

Also, you may not be feeling 100% comfortable with the one you are sleeping with, therefore you are unable to relax.

So, you should take Chrissy's advise and try to really relax. try to do alot of foreplay to help you relax. or do other intimate things with your partner to help you feel comfortable around him.

Try to use the sex position when he is on top. instead of getting him to thrust really hard, get him to gently work his way in.

the bleeding may be your bodys way of dealing with it. Are you on the Pill? i recommend going on this to regulate you periods.

Best of luck let me know how you go!

chrissy32789 agony auntHi hun, I am 18 yrs old and i have the same problem you do. I can not stand to have sex because it is painful, I have been checked and they say they cant find anything wrong, but sometimes i get really relaxed and have him on top, or even behind me on the side, that sometimes feels better, but just find the right spot and postion for you and the right speed. and see how that works just relax your body and try diffrent ways intil you find the one you enjoy.
