If you enjoy it in your backdoor then you could use a butt plug while he's in your vagina. But do use a lubricant in your butt. He could also put his finger in your anus in the doggy pose but his finger should be well lubricated also. But a threesome is absolutely a no no in a commited relationship.

 An MMF is certainly not recommended if you're in a committed relationship but sextoys do a good job of approximating the feeling. Try one in your mouth as well. I doubt your boyfriend will have a problem with that.

I used to think I wanted to do mmf but I wouldn't invite someone into my relationship like that...and if I were single and with two guys I personally would feel kind of gross about myself (no judgement just my personal preference for my own life) so it just remains a fantasy. My compromise is sex toys. Two of the men I have been with have use the toy on me while also having intercourse with me. They both found it really hot and it felt really good.
