Alright, here's a little nutrition info:

Fiber (natural) - IE fruits and veggies take a long time to digest = you feel full! Eat as many of these (stick to ones lower in sugar) and you will not be as full.

Eat fiber before you are going to be hungry so you don't binge eat or give in to cravings.

Fast food doesn't fill you up because you can consume 2000 calories and no fiber and you just gained weight!

3300~ calories = 1 pound. Use online sites to find out how many calories your body is burning, feed it less than you burn off over the course of a day and you will loose weight.

Steady weight loss is the only way to lose it and keep it off.

Drink lots of water! Skip anything with calories and learn to love the taste of food rather than the feeling of being full.

Hope this helps!

Mistify agony auntI've struggled with my weight almost all my life, but looking at your size, you should count yourself lucky.

What has always worked for me (and quickly at that too), was to cut out ALL my starch.

That means, no bread, no pasta, no rice, no wafer, no corn, no potato. It takes about a week to start to get used to, and to start working, but after that the results are fast.

This is NOT a good idea to try as a long term diet. It is safe for a little while though, so if you quit around december, you'll be fine. I always do it for 3 months at a time.

So - what to eat, if not starch?

Eggs and ham or bacon for breakfast (just that), or some cold meats and fruit.

cold meats and salad for lunch

and veggies, salad and meat in the evening.

Any meat, i.e. beef, chicken, fish - whatever.

Anyway - i'm not a dietician, but i've always lost around 15 - 20 kg per diet (in 3 months), so i know it works for me...

Don't go off binging on starch however afterwards.

I kept the weight off for long after i stopped the diet, by just maintaining a healthy diet, and not binging.

Good luck, hang in there.

sea_rose agony auntYou don't even need to lose weight! You're a perfect 10! a 12-14 top must mean you're not flat chested either. Accept yourself and be happy!
