I'm sorry, but you were used. Whatever he wanted, he got. As the post says below, he probably just wanted to use you to know that he had control over you.
Take your time, get over him. And never make the mistake of going back to an ex again. He's an ex for a reason, clearly a very good one. Leave him in the past with the relics and move forward with your life. You deserve better than this, and hopefully you know it.

 I think he got you to put out again.... so he can go back to not having to treat you very nicely....
Not all guys behave this way.... but you may have to turn over a lot of rocks to find one of the few who doesn't....
