Well Im 16 and a guy so of course i dont have a vagina... but maybe its because you havent done it in soo long, the skin is being stretched again is making it bleed? I would advise to see a gynecologist if the bleeding persists ^_^

 Are you sure it wasn't your period? If it didn't hurt then I don't think it is related to the dildo. It could be a health problem if you are sure it's not your period.
Go to the doctor and explain what happened.
