 Getting her back involves you FIRST changing, and then proving those changes to her.
Do you know who you are? Are you strong enough to take a chance that you could end up alone if she does not like what you have to say?
Destroy your fear of abandonement. That is what is killing you. Once you are comfortable with being alone, and feel comfortable taht you have the skill to attract a new girl, your insecurities will be destroyed.
I went through it too. I wrote a book about it called From Loser to Seducer. I also wrote a different book entitled I'm a Man, That's my Job all about the development of losing the fear of abandonment and become a man that attracts women.
