 As far as I know it is legal to have a sexual relationship with a second cousin or more distant relatives than that where you are. I don't really know if the law really says anything about gay relationships but I am assuming the same rules apply.
Usually the biggest issue with this sort of thing is the reaction if the rest of the family finds out but other than that I think it is fine if that is what you want.
