Back in the day, it would be broken by sex with your husband after marriage, because you'd have spent your childhood sitting down and learning to sow.
Now, girls go out and ride horses and bikes and climb and run and dance and use tampons. So all those things together will have damaged or destroyed your hymen.
Virginity in 2010 is counted as never having had sex before.
Tampons are awesome. Don't worry about them.
