It could mean many things.
1) wedding ring
2) virginity ring ( some girls wear this so people will know she is saving herself for a husband)
3) she just likes wearing the ring on that finger
4) she dont want a relationship right now, so wears this to put men off.
If you like this girl then the best thing would to be just ask her!! Wearing a ring on the other hand means nothing at all. Unless in another country their wedding ring is on the right hand! Do you speak to this girl? and does she seem to like your company? If so then ask her out on a date, nothing concrete or strings attached, just as friends, then you can both find out a little more about each other :)
