I feel exactly the same way. I have been broken up for about 3 months. I find it hard to not think of her while i am masturbating. It is so bad because it makes it so much harder to get over her. I have no idea how to stop thinking of her while i am doing it too. I think it helps to find a new girl but that often takes time

 Its okay to masturbate as long as you DONT think of her and think of somone else however if you do masturbate and think of her stop immediately its only doing more harm than good plus you wont get over her and you might even start having sexual fantasies about her.
