writes:question: how would i know if my guy friend likes me?situation: i am just new in a company that i am working with. the guy that i am referring to is a manager from one department which is somehow corrolated to my work. this guy is so snobish and doesnt really care about anybody at work as they describe him. however, my attention was caught by his because his always there to help me out and he fights for me whenever people from sales pushes me so hard. so i was like, okey i think i am beginning to like this guy. so as time goes by our relationship as him being my "superman" continues. at long last, i received a call from him last april asking for us to go out. basically to make the story short we are going out on a weekly basis until now. when im on his pad, were cuddling when were watching a movie, he cooks for me, he always pay our bills when were going out and he pick me up and sends me back home. recently, i noticed that the spare room now have face towels and toothpaste which i used to ask him off everytime i go there. i am still confused though of what his real intentions are as though were cuddling most of the time he never kiss me, and text nor call me every weekdays. he will only text or call me during weekend just to ask me if i want to go out with him or have dinner at his pad. he said one time that he likes me but he said it in an informal way like he just utter when i asked him why is he being so mean to me and he just said bec he likes me. i know i like him, much more worst i love him but im afraid to show my feelings because im afraid that his not feeling the same way. i dont text him nor call him not unless he does it first. his a white guy and im a filipina which makes it quite complicated as our culture differs from each other. please help me out.

reader, anonymous, writes (15 September 2010): you need to talk to him about where this relation is heading, is just friendship, just sex, or more, and see what are his feelings toward you, and then you'll know what to do, but you need to talk about that.
