 I don't think this is a health relationship for you. You were in a relationship with him and obviously care a lot for him but he is rubbing your nose in the fact that he is sleeping with other women.
I would honestly put an end to your friendship tell him the reasons why, point out to him that you still care for him and it hurts you when he talks about other women and you just can't do it any longer.
If he has any real feelings for you he will come to his senses because at the moment he has it all his way.
I can't believe him he must be so self centered! You are only his friend because you are clinging on to the past relationship which is not good for you if he no longer feels the same way. Put a bit of distance between you at least for a while and see what happens.
