I can only speak from an older womans perspective...but YES YES YES. As long as its not over the top when you first start dating....going to the trouble to impress someone is a great indicator as to how someone feels about you.

After a crazy day at the office or at home minding the kids, nothing is better than a romance to perk up your life.
