Well, since you didn't give much description such as why you think she likes you or what your situation is, I would say wait a while. Maybe drop a few hints now and then, and if she seems to be responsive and positive to them, then consider asking her out. It depends on how well you know her too. Just take it easy, survey how the situation looks from a nonbiased view.

 how long have u known her?if u have known her a while, and u both feel the same about each other, take her out somewhere that u both will enjoy and ask her how she would feel about making it a proper relationship.
