writes: i am 22, a short fellow (about 4'3). i really like to have a nice relationship. but none have really ever worked out the way i had hoped. currently i am in love with a girl i know also likes me but keeps turning down my proposal with the excuse that she has a guy. sometimes i feel girls don't really like me because i am short. it is really killing my confidence and i need to get some advice about it. do girls generally admire tall guys only? could a girl really like you but turn you down because you are short? what can i do?

Moreso, my youngest sister is about 4 inches taller than her boyfriend... which he is about 5'4" and they are together for 4 years now..
Build up that confidence, talk to the girls and you will get choose a girl you want, shorter or taller than you!

 Umm..Some girls are insecure and it really doesn't have anything to do with your height..It's just their insecurities. They don't want to look really big by your side or they don't like to look down..and sometimes they think a taller male is more protective..basically the woman is insecure in that one section..Find someone who is going to love you for your height and all! I like short guys and tall guys..don't bother me.

Most women don't like to look down at a man, but some actually like it. A girl close to your height shouldn't mind at all, though.
Why not place an ad to meet girls who'd like to go out with you?
