hey mate, this could be for a number of reasons.
The no.1 cause of this is usually anxiety/self-conciousness, you may not feel like it is this, but it usually is subconcious.
A way to try and fix this is maybe have a drink before sex to help relax you.(if you are under 21 this is obviously a no-go by the law in the USA..)
Another way (excuse me for suggesting this, but it solved my problem), is to get her on top, or doggy, and just thrust like crazy nd think of cumming from sex and how good it will be.
If it still doesn't work, masturbate until you are close, then stick it in and thrust.
Excuse the crassness, but I suffered from the same thing and it is VERY frustrating.
