Coud sciatic nerve be my preejaculation cause?

I have a problem with ejaculating too soon. I was in a car wreck when I was seventeen end since then I have had this problem. The wreck hurt my back and gave me a sciatic nerve through my hip. Is this the source of my problem? Also in the last year I have began to lose thickness on my penis what causes this?
