Chase and me... what to do?

Hey! I have an issue that I'd really like to get help with and I would honestly appreciate it. I have a friend of mine, Chase, and he is funny, kind, and he's smart, including cute on the outside as well. People tell me that he likes me, but I'm not sure. I have this one friend who tells me, "You and Chase should go out." And I always smile and say "I dunno." I would like to talk to him about me liking him, but I also don't want to risk ruining our friendship. Please help and thank you!
