Can I trust my ex?

Can i really trust my ex? She says that she still feels the same way about me as when we were together. But i have a feeling that i cant trust her cause sometimes she tells me ill txt/call you tomorrow cause im sleepy. But then a couple minutes later i call her to see if its true and its bizzy so i dont know if shes talkin to another guy or what. So shes making it hard for me to trust her. Can some one give me advice on wat to do?
