writes:hello i have a ongoing problem with my neighbor who lives upstairsfrom time to time she yells out her window, bangs on her floors, yelling out racial comments to me.all because of my daughter playing inside the apt.she used to have a problem with me smoking outside on the balcony, i dont smoke indoors cuz of my daughter.i had quit for awhile cuz i was pregnant with my 2nd child.She came to my door twice complaining about my daughter playing says she's too loud. The first time i was gone i had my babys father at home at the time he answered the door with her yelling at him.the second time was me who answered she said the same thing about my child being too loud didnt even give me a chance to say anything.what i dont get is that she too has a kid and she should understand how it is with a 2 yr old needing to play n be loud cuz thats how all kids are.all i want to know is it wrong for me to record her while she yells out these racial slurs to me from her balcony n show it to the property manager so i can show them what i am dealing with.because i dont think its fair what she is doing to me at all!!!
