 Outside the body, sperm can only live up to an hour (I've seen some sites cite this as even less).
So dried sperm from 24 hours ago, I highly doubt would make you pregnant.

its highly unlikely, but there is a slight possibility, sperm needs warmth provided by the genitals and gradualy dies off when not inside the genitals, even if it was stil active it would be so weak i doubt it would make it to the egg! Do a test just incase, but i doubt its possible
