writes: my man of almost 5 years is so busted for looking at internet porn. its not hard core or anything. he knows about my insecurities about him checking it out. and he only did it a few times, so spyware says so. and so we took pics together, and im wondering if this will help him stop all together.and do other women do the same with or for their men.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 October 2006): Hi ladies. My husband, a couple of weeks ago, would not watch our 1 year old on his day off when he was sick because he was tired from work the day before. He is a shift worker in a bar so I assumed he needed to catch up on sleep. I took my sick son to work with me, (As we own a family business) and later that night when we got home, i saw that on the computer he had been looking up porn all night. I asked him about it and he just flew off his rocker. I came to the conclusion that he isnt cheating by looking, as I am not the best looking woman in the world and have put on some weight since our son has been born. So looking at these women is just a way of remembering what it is like to be with a woman that is good looking. I dont look like them and why should he spend the rest of his life looking at the same one fat woman. (Ive been put down alot)
So look at it this way: He is only looking at them because he needs variety sometimes, looking at the same person, even though he loves that person to bits can sometimes be repeditive. So hey why not let him get it out of his system. Remeber your the one he curls up to at night and says I love you to.

 I have heard that men look at porn differently than us women. They are not cheating or wishing that they were with that woman/women on the internet.
Both my guy and me look at porn together, we share it. At the same time, We look at the magazines, watch the videos, and even on the internet. So maybe you should compromise with him and share it together it may help. He might like it alot since you are there with him. Give it a try...and please let me know how it goes, ok?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 October 2006): No It wont stop him because he clearly wants to look at OTHER naked women than yourself. Its totally disrespectful to you and every other woman he knows. Most of the women in porn were sexually abused as children and sadly make the choice to participate in this cause their in no sane state of mind to make a healthy decsion. Sadly most men are happy to take advantage of them for their own sexual kicks with no thought for them or other women who all (as a group pay the price for porn) in the way we are treated everyday.
Either act as a lot of sad brainwashed women do and put up with it or act with self respect and ditch him...who want a guy who needs to look at other naked women anyway
