it's non of those questions...it's simply that he thinks you enjoy rough sex, because you have never told him other wise. tell him you don't enjoy it and want him to go slower.
age,build,experience has nothing to do with having rough sex!

What you need to do is speak up before and during sex that you want him to slow down, stop squeezing you so hard or thrusting so hard or whatever it is that he is doing and ask for slower strokes on your body and when he is having sex with you...
If he doesn't stop or respect your wishes that is a clear sign of disrespect...and then it is your choice, but I would go and get rid of him.
