 Hmm...I wouldn't date someone my best friend likes, but if she likes 2 people, she can't have all the guys! Talk to her about it first and tell her you like one of them, and ask her if she's okay with your pursuing one.
Best friends are really important. No, she doesn't run your life, but if at all possible, try and like people she doesn't!
