 Hell yea! tell her bro. just make sure you know that since she has just broken up with her bf, it might be a bad hand for you, due that she is fragile in such a moment and might lead you on now, and break-up later when she has cool down and misses her ex. I think you should tell her. You clearly really like her and you get on well so there's a chance she could feel the same about you. Forget about thinking she's too beautiful for you. She might think you're too good for her. If you really like her and you feel confident that she feels the same way about you then go for it and tell her.
